After sales, coupons, and $$ off your next order I got all of this (plus a few things not pictured) for a grand total of $.87!!

I just realized I got a picture of my sweet husband making gnocchi for dinner.

I had such a great shopping trip today. After reading Crystal's tip about the Huggies coupons being used for single packs of wipes I decided I needed to go shopping today. I had already used all of my $5 coupons on diapers at Walgreens, but I had 11 $3 coupons left. I had access to 4 printers for these coupons in case you were wondering how I managed to get so many. The above picture was in 3 transactions. I am planning to donate all of the wipes and cereal to my church's food pantry. I am well stocked on wipes from Walgreens earlier this week.

Transaction #1...Dillons/Kroger

6 boxes Huggies wipes $2.50 each -6 $3 coupons
2 boxes Glucerna cereal $3.99 each -2 $5 coupons (I received 2 $2.50 OYNO coupons)
1 gallon Horizon organic milk marked down to $3.90
1 Big K gingerale
1 box Fruitabu organic fruit snacks marked down to $2
1 Russell Stover Private Reserve marked down to $.75

Total out of pocket $4.35
Received $5 back off of my next order

Transaction #2 Dillons/Kroger

4 boxes Huggies wipes $2.50 each -4 $3 coupons

1.96 pounds bananas $1.31
-$1 off next order coupon

Total out of pocket $.39

Total out of pocket $5.87
Recieved $5 off your next order coupons
Grand Total $.87

Total savings $45.94

I mentioned the other day that I was planning a trip to Dillons this week to get some Green Giant boxed veggies that are on sale 10/$10 this week. There are some $.50/1 coupons here as well as some ecoupons you can add to your Dillons card here and here. If your store doubles coupons that would make them FREE. I had many coupons that I had been saving up hoping these would go on sale soon. My Dillons will honor expired coupons up to, I think, 6 weeks past expiration. It depends on who you talk to.

I was also able to get some more free Cottonelle toilet paper. Right now I have around 14 four packs and a large pack as well as 5-9 more coupons for more. All the 4 packs are free if you use the $.50/1 coupons here and here. Remember you can hit the back button and get 2 coupons per computer per site. Go here and here to print these coupons.

Here is what I got yesterday...

28 boxes Green Giant veggies
1 pack Cottonelle
2 packs Kotex
1 Colgate Total
1 can Kroger Tuna FREE with Cellfire
1 box Kroger kleenex
1 bag cookies to stop screaming children

Total for everything I paid under $20. That is a HUGE savings considering the veggies are regularly priced at $1.99 each! I should have paid $2 less except I forgot my husband's Dillons card to use on 1 pack of Kotex and 2 boxes of veggies. Oh well still a good deal.
Unfortunately there are not too many great deals at Dillons this week. Please someone let me know if there are any that I did not see. I am doing this while I am rather tired so I may have missed some.

This deal is good for any Crest or Oral B product.

I promised I would do a post on today's grocery trip. I went to Aldi's and Dillons. I had not planned to buy quite so much, but some of the prices were so good, I decided to stock up for the next several months. You should see my pantry, fridge, and both freezers. I think I need to start buying only basics the next several weeks.

Cellfire has some new coupons to load to your grocery store card. A couple of them are repeats of the last ones. If you have already redeemed your coupon for FREE oatmeal you can reload it to get more. I also noticed that the Goldfish and Cottonelle coupons are back.

You can also load coupons for $1.50 off of Colgate Maxfresh and Colgate Total toothpaste. If you combine this with the $1/1 for both kinds of toothpaste from the 11/2 Smart Source these should be FREE.

I also thought that I should give an update on possibly tripling these coupons. I have come to find out that the information I first received was false. You cannot use both Cellfire, Shortcuts, and paper coupons. You can use either Cellfire or Shortcuts combined with the paper coupon, but not all 3. At least you can still double your coupons. That is still not a bad deal. I am sorry for any confusion this may have caused.
Thanks to Marcy at Stretching a Buck for posting about this.

WOW! That is a TON of deals. For those of you who made it to the bottom of this list way to hang in there. I hope you score some great deals this week.

I kind of enjoyed my shopping trip this week since I had just added the new Cellfire coupons to my Kroger card. You can read about how to do that in my post here. I know it is hard to tell from the picture, but I did get quite a bit. I only spent $52.26 which included diapers, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and razors. I was well stocked on veggies, so I could splurge on some other things

Still not as good as Crystal would have done, but not to bad considering I only started hard core coupon shopping a couple of months ago. I really try not to buy too much box food, but sometimes a deal is too good to pass up. I know I can always give it to the food drive at church. We have been challenged to bring something every week.

Here is what I got...

1 4pk Cottonelle
Cellfire cottonelle $.50/1

I am getting there. I hope to get it down to $50 a week. I still needed milk after this grocery run. Now that the baby is off of formula I can not get away with just a 1/2 gallon a week.

If you are wondering which inserts I got my coupons from check out Hot Coupon World and you can use their coupon database to find out.
I posted earlier today about the free Idahoan potatoes. Well my husband will be proud. I managed to get him 24 packs for his food drive. I also snagged several other great deals.

I did several transactions and ended up only paying $4.02 total.

I also have Starbucks Chocolate in the picture that I got at Target.
I bought 12 and used 12 $1/1 coupons and ended up paying $.30 each.
I plan to use these for stockings.
Find out where to get these coupons here.

How did you do this week? I would love to hear.

My husband told me yesterday that his college is having a food drive and they are asking all faculty to bring 20 of something so they can be a good example to the students. I was totally on board with him, but not sure what we could get 20 of without spending quite a bit of money. He told me that someone was already bringing canned veggies. Today I found a great deal that will fulfill this need as well as make us a little money to spend on next weeks groceries.

If you go to the Idahoan potatoes web site you can click on the get coupon link and take a very short survey to get $.75 off of any product. Make sure to select other or store brand. Dillons has Idahoan packets on sale this week 10/$10. If your Dillons (Kroger) doubles these will be free. The best part is that when you finish the survey a print box will come up that will allow you to print out as many coupons as you want.

It gets even better. If you buy 4 at one time you get a $1 catalina toward your next purchase!

Thanks to Sarah for pointing this deal out.

****Edit-It appears that you may not be able to combine both of the ecoupons. Some readers, myself included, have had some trouble with the shortcuts not being applied. I am not sure if it is a problem with just the shortcut or if you can only use one ecoupon.****

Not too bad for just needing soap and milk. I could have easily spent that on those 2 things alone. Stay tuned each week as I try to put together the best deals in the Kroger ad.

My 3 year old decided that we needed to have macaroni and cheese for dinner last night. I realized that I did not have any so we made a quick run to our local Dillons (Kroger). I prefer to buy organic when I can, but it is usually too expensive. Boy was I surprised to find Annies on sale. I then realized that I still had coupons from Earth Day.

The coupon is for $1 off 3 Annies products and Annie mac and cheese was on sale for $1 each. Even though my coupon expired August 31 it went through without any problems. I ended up with 3 boxes of organic mac and cheese for just over $2. That may not seem like a deal to some, but for organic I think it is a great deal.

So if you still have some Kroger Earth Day coupon books around check to see if you have this coupon. Even without it I think it is a good price. The nonsale price is $1.99 each.
