Spanish Cornbread

Mix together:
1 cup yellow cornmeal
2 eggs
1 cup sweet milk
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 can cream corn

1/2 pound ground meat
1 large onion

Drain and add:
1/2 pound cheddar cheese
3-4 jalapeno peppers

Cook until cheese melts

Pour 1/2 of cornbread mixture into a baking dish. Add meat mixture and top with remaining cornbread mixture.

Bake 1 hour at 350 F
